What Does Gods Presence Mean?

The Presence Of God

We Experience GODS Presence Through Reading His Word.

GODS presence can be found in His Word. And as obvious as this one is, it is a battle for most Christians to study their Bible.

The Bible is exactly what it is called, i.e. "the Word of GOD" When we spend time and take pains to feast upon it's content, we invite GODS presence into our lives.

God talks to His people through His Word, but most of us are too busy to sit and allow God to talk to us through His Word.

The Spirit of God is also connected to His Word, and if His Spirit and His words are connected, then His presence will be rich in such a setting.

I set God before me always because He is my right hand. Psalm 16:8

When we have GODS presence in our lives, it signifies that the devil cannot touch us.

We Experience The Presence Of God When We Pray

When we pray, we are practicing GODS presence, because prayer is a personal connection with our Creator. When we pray, evil spirits got to flee, because no demon can stand before us when we get down our knees.

In the presence of the Lord there is fullness of Joy, this joy can be found while we are communicating with Him in prayer.

If we are going to experience GODS presence on a higher level, we need to include fasting with our prayers, because while prayer alone is good, fasting and prayer are more effective.

Jesus said certain things will not go, i.e. we cannot be healed and delivered from certain spiritual attacks except we apply the weapons of prayer and fasting.

When prayer and her good friend fasting are teamed up, huge mountains, spiritual struggles and attacks will have to flee from you.

GODS presence is rich when fasting and prayer are a part of our lives, and no powers of darkness will be able to overpower us.

We Experience GODS Presence By Memorizing His Word.

The Word of GOD is sharper than any two-edged sword and it is the main weapon that we use to fight against the attacks of the devil.

Deuteronomy 11:18-21

Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.

When we memorize the Scriptures, (because they are Gods word and are spiritual and sacred) we are practicing the presence of the LORD.

The word of God is divinely inspired and spiritually powerful, it is sharper than any double-edged sword and has the ability to transform the reader from a life of sin to a life of holiness unto God.

When we practice to stay in His presence, He will fight our battles, take care of our oppositions and provide a way of escape from every trap of the enemy.

We must keep practicing GODS presence by feasting upon His Word, praying, fasting and memorizing His Word, so that we can stand against the fiery darts of the devil.
