God Is With You Stop Stressing And Fear Not Just Believe And Trust Him.

God Is With You

Sometimes certain situations might make you wonder if God is with you. The devil will do everything in his powers to make you believe that the LORD God has forsaken you.

There are many things that can shift your focus on God to you focusing on your situations/problems such as:

  • Times of uncertainty
  • Facing great changes
  • Great tragedy
  • Death of a loved one
  • Chronic illness and many others

However, if you are presently experiencing something that were mentioned in the list above, it does not mean that God is not with you; because the characters of the Bible went through all of these and more and yet God was with them while they were going through it all.

God Is With You So Be Strong And Corageous.

Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with you whithersoever thou goest.

Even though this Scripture was addressed to Moses' successor i.e. (Joshua,) it is also for everyone of us who have placed our trust in God and exercise confident in His word.

The very reason that this and every other verses were written in the Bible, is so that you and I could believe on them and apply them to our lives.

This scripture is strongly encouraging you to:

  1. Be Strong.    God wants you to be strong no matter what you might be going through. God wants you to be strong, because He knows that you will have to go through some very difficult situations that the devil will use to make you question His omnipresence.
  2. Be Courageous     To be Courageous means that you are not troubled by danger or pain, it means that you are brave and fearless. The things that you will come up against are not going to be pretty, because your adversary the devil is like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. 1 Peter 5:8 And if the devil knows that you do not have any courage, then he will attack with many dangerous and overwhelming situations to make you not believe that God is with you causing you to lose hope in Him.
  3. Be Not Afraid. This other statement is actually repeating what was already mentioned, just as when the Apostle Paul wrote the Epistles in the New Testament, he often said it is good and safe that he repeats himself, so as to make emphasis especially when something is important. Philippians 3:1 God wants you to be bold and not afraid, because He has not given us the spirit of fear. Romans 8:15
  4. Be Not Dismayed. The word dismayed means to cause someone to feel concerned, lose courage or become distressed. The task ahead of us is great and will be filled with many ups and downs and a whole lot of unfavorable circumstances. However, the last thing that God wants you to do is to become dismayed and lose focus on your ministry and the work that He called you to accomplish.

God Is With You Even In The Valley Of Death.

Psalm 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me.

This is a well known Bible verse, and many persons know it by heart. However, what is most important are the powerful promises of protection and guidance from God no matter what our circumstances might be.

King David was very confident in the God of his salvation, and even though he was faced with the same circumstances that you and I are faced with, he kept moving forward in faith believing that God was always with him.

Sometimes what we need to do is to take the next step of faith. That step is not a step ahead of God but a step to catch up with Him, because most times He is one step ahead of us making the path safe for us to follow.

You need to know that God is with you no matter what you might be going through. This is very important for you to know, because very often whenever you try to do something that will bring glory to the LORD; the devil will come out against you and do everything to discourage you.

It is your responsibility to not let him stop you. You need to do as King David did and move forward with Faith In God who is always with you.
