When I used to spend my days focusing on myself and the problems that existed in my life, I was always stressed out and discouraged.

When you open up to Him and tell Him what you are going through, He will not forsake you.
Praying is effective to renew your mind because it removes the focus from off you and put it on God.
When the praises goes up the blessings will come down and God will reward you with a renewed mind.
Worship puts your mind on the goodness of God, and take it off the evil that exist in the world.
The act of worship is spiritual and God is a Spirit so you must worship Him in spirit and in truth.
When you put God first, everything else will fall into place.
One of the benefits of putting God first is that it makes you want to always do what brings glory to God.
The very act of always doing the right thing gives you a mind that is transformed and a life full of purpose.
